Common questions

Sous can't hear me. Check that Cheeky Chef has microphone access in Settings › Privacy & Security › Microphone, then tap the mic button and speak. "Next", "back" and "Sous" work without tapping.

Sous can't see the pan. Sous sees the room, not the inside of the pan. Hold the pan up to the camera and ask "Is this done?" Check camera access in Settings › Privacy & Security › Camera, and that the eye button in the cook screen isn't paused.

My timer didn't ring. Timers chime from the app. If Cheeky Chef is closed, you get a time-sensitive notification instead, so keep notifications on for Cheeky Chef.

What does the percentage mean? It is how much of this month's Sous you have left. It resets on your billing date. A top-up adds more and never expires.

Cancel or change a plan. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. To ask for a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com.

Who can use it? Cheeky Chef is for adults 18 and over.
